Thank you for your interest in the 2024-2025 UC Women’s Initiative for Professional Development (UC WI).

Please read the information below before beginning your application.

The application process includes two parts: (1) a section for you to complete and (2) a section for your manager to complete. You cannot submit your final application until both sections are finished. To preview the application questions, click the link below:

To begin the application process, please:

  • Click the green "APPLY" button to the right
  • Click the link “Or Sign in with UCLA Staff SSO" at the bottom of the window -- the link will take you to the standard UCLA log-on screen.  Do NOT sign in using Facebook, Twitter, Google, or an e-mail address.
  • Enter your UCLA log-on ID and password.
    • Note, if the system logs you in and you’re then presented with a “No applications” screen, simply click the green “View programs” button, click the “MORE” button for UC Women’s Initiative (UC WI) 2024-2025, and once again click the green “APPLY” button.
  • You may then begin completing the tasks in the "Your Tasks" section of the screen
  • IMPORTANT: You can only "Submit" your application AFTER your manager completes the recommendation section. This step is critical. We will not receive your completed application if your manager has not submitted their portion. Although the system should let you know when your manager has completed their form, you may want to ask your manager if they submitted the form so you can finalize your application before the deadline of March 22, 2024 at 12Noon. Only after both you and your manager have submitted your tasks should you click the "Submit" button

Thank you again for your interest in UC WI.
