Please read the information below before beginning your application.

The application process includes answering a series of questions (links to the questions provided below) and uploading the following documents:

• Resume
• Letter of endorsement from your manager

(Note: your manager may incorporate endorsements for multiple programs into the same recommendation letter, or they may write separate letters of recommendation for each scholarship/fellowship for which you wish to apply.)

As part of the registration process, you will be asked which program(s) you are interested in applying for and will be asked to answer application questions accordingly. For a preview of the application questions, click a program name below:

To begin the application process, please:

1. Click the "APPLY" button on this screen.
2. Click the link “Or Sign in with UCLA Staff SSO" at the bottom of the window -- the link will take you to the standard UCLA log-on screen.  Do NOT sign in using Facebook, Twitter, Google, or an e-mail address.
3. Enter your UCLA log-on ID and password.
   • Note, if the system logs you in and you’re then presented with a “No applications” screen, simply click the “View programs” button, click the “MORE” button for Chancellor’s Scholarship Program-2025, and once again click the “APPLY” button.
4. You may then begin completing the tasks in the "Your tasks" section of the screen.
