Thank you for your interest in UC Peer Connections Pilot. This application tool is being used to collect staff information; there is no application process. Due to limited availability, slots will be filled on a first come first served basis.
You will be asked to provide the following information:
•Name (and UCPath Employee ID#)
•Title (Working and Payroll)
•People Manager (Yes or No)
•UC Email address
•Length of time at UCLA
To begin the process, please:
- Click the green "APPLY" button to the right
- Click the link “Or Sign in with UCLA Staff SSO" at the bottom of the window -- the link will take you to the standard UCLA log-on screen. Do NOT sign in using Facebook, Twitter, Google, or an e-mail address.
- Enter your UCLA log-on ID and password.
- Note, if the system logs you in and you’re then presented with a “No applications” screen, simply click the green “View programs” button, click the “MORE” button for UC Peer Connection Pilot, and once again click the green “APPLY” button.
- You may then begin completing the tasks in the "Your tasks" section of the screen
- NOTE: Be sure to "submit" your application via this system.
