The University of California Office of the President (UCOP) commissioned industry leaders in talent management and leadership development to create a program relevant to the evolving demands that University managers face, including managing a remote or hybrid workforce. Input from past participants and an ongoing review of emerging organizational needs help to ensure the program content is current and relevant.

The program consists of four full-day interactive modules on People Management, Employee Engagement, Exercising Influence, and Leading Change. Attendees will participate in work-group discussions relevant to the UC context, including practical application and action planning.

The program fee is $650, including course materials.
